OUR HISTORY.

When Dr Burger opened his dental practice in Melville Johannesburg during 1968, it was the biggest solely-owned practice in South Africa for many years. Dr Gys De Necker joined the Melville practice during 1986 and he later bought the practice in 1998.  As the Melville practice expanded, Dr De Necker opened a second branch in George during 1997. This practice is situated in the beautiful Garden Route and has a team of highly qualified dentists and oral hygienists.

During 2010, Dr De Necker opened another dental practice in the bustling Century City in Cape Town. This practice also includes a team of dentists, oral hygienists and an on-site laboratory. 

Each of the De Necker Dentistry practices has been set up in customised office spaces, featuring the very latest and most advanced dental equipment available. All three De Necker Dentistry practices have multiple dental treatment rooms and on-site laboratories to ensure top quality work and fast and efficient service to all our patients.
