The De Necker Dentistry Melville practice is situated in the heart of South Africa’s most famous neighbourhood and beneath the historic Melville koppies. The Melville practice first opened during 1976 and was for many years the biggest solely-owned practice in the country.

In 1999 the practice gained two new shareholders namely Dr Pienaar and Dr Nel. After 14 years of running the successful dental practice, they moved to a modified premises to accommodate an on-site dental laboratory and a team of oral hygienists.

De Necker Century City opened in May 2010 and is located in the bustling Century City development. Dr Ruan Visagie is a highly qualified dentist at the helm of this flagship practice along with a team of oral hygienists and friendly reception staff.

The practice has an on-site laboratory to ensure top quality and efficient dental work for all our patients. De Necker Century has the most advanced and modern dental equipment in the contemporary design of the practice.

De Necker Dentistry in George is the biggest practice along the Garden Route and was opened by Dr Gys de Necker in 1997. Dr Brian Burchell and Dr Hilda Zoomers later joined the team of exceptionally professional dentists and oral hygienists.  De Necker Dentistry George recently welcomed Dr Jason Wilson to the practice who has extensive experience in aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry.

At the forefront of dentistry, the building was designed and built specifically for the dental practice.  It was customised to accommodate the technologically advanced equipment and dental treatment.
